Procurement Program Manager

Family: Husband of nine years, Sean; three girls, Paisley, 13, Eliana, eight and Remi, six; two little dogs

What is your favorite LJC moment or lesson to date? Getting out of our comfort zone and quickly learning names and being comfortable with the class.

What or who inspires you? People that handle tough situations with positivity and grace.

Favorite Quote? Attitude is like a flat tire, you can’t move forward without changing it.

What movie are you looking forward to seeing and why? Blonde - because I love movies based on famous people that have passed away.

Hobbies and interests outside of work? Traveling, cooking, reading, serving at church, trying new things and taking dance classes.

Tell me about a significant project or accomplishment in your career. I’m most proud of getting new suppliers set up with Rolls-Royce requirements and working from the development of a product into production.

What's your superpower? My kids say yelling at them and making food!

If you could appear on one game show, what would you choose and why? The Price is Right because I grew up watching it with my mom.

What is one word you'd use to describe yourself? Bubbly

What is your favorite LJC moment or lesson to date? My favorite LJC lesson was the card game at the opening retreat where we had to do whatever the card said.

Number one skill you practice that makes you successful? Listening

Favorite Quote? You get in life what you have the courage to ask for. – Oprah

Hobbies and interests outside of work? Traveling, animals, kayaking, playing tennis

Something on your bucket list: Travel to Paris in all four seasons. Two down, two to go.

When have you been most satisfied in your life? I believe that I am currently the most satisfied that I have ever been. Life has proved to be ever-changing, but I am living the life I always dreamed about.

Tell me about a significant project or accomplishment in your career: Last year, I planned an extremely successful Christmas event for the Town of Bargersville that a few thousand people attended.

What is your perfect pizza? Thin crust pizza covered in different veggies, no onions.

What is one word you'd use to describe yourself? Authentic

Endress + Hauser - Logistics Specialist

Family: Husband - Mike Daughter - Haley, 25 Sons - Anthony, 20 - attends Franklin College and Nick, 18 Senior at Center Grove High School.

What is innovative in your field of work? The current situation with the supply chain every day is innovative with new challenges to overcome.

Number one skill you practice that makes you successful. Reflective listening

What movie are you looking forward to seeing and why? The new Top Gun. I've heard great things about it and I'm curious to create my own opinion on it.

So, Susan, what's your story? I was born to an amazing Mom (Cathy) and Dad (Ed), both are still living. I was born in Ohio and soon after birth moved to Greenwood, Indiana. I am the little sister to two AWESOME brothers, Keith and Michael. Growing up my parents divorced and each re-married. This provided me with step-parents that treated me as their own and great step-siblings.

What is one word you would use to describe yourself? Positive

Favorite LJC moment or lesson to date: I loved all the different games!

Last book you read: The Best of Friends - Lucinda Berry

Hobbies and interests outside of work: I love being outside! Walking, being on my deck relaxing and reading.

Something on your bucket list: I would like to go to Italy and Greece.

What is your perfect pizza? Lots of cheese with light sauce!

If you could appear on one game show, what would you choose and why? Family Feud! I love Steve Harvey.

Tandy Shuck Featured in SOUTH Magazine

Did you know that Tandy Shuck, our executive director, thought she was going to be a doctor? She also thought she was going to live in Pittsburgh. Luckily for people who live in Johnson County, neither of those things happened. Tandy recently shared her remarkable story with SOUTH Magazine.

LJC Provides Values Exercise to Women's Group

Select Workshops Coordinator Bea Northcott was invited to present at Top Floor Women Indy’s Premier Southside Women’s Networking Group. She led the women through an exercise to help them identify their values and Live a Values Driven Life. It was a fun exercise that generated a lot of discussions.
