Team Culture and Resilience
Resilience is often described as the ability to bounce back quickly from adverse events and is an attribute determining who succeeds and who fails in leadership roles. An organization full of people with individual resilience skills is not enough if leaders do not understand how to address team resilience. Team Culture and Resilience will focus on ways to help teams bounce back from challenges that could negatively impact their performance.
