Leading Across Generations
This interactive workshop helps leaders understand and effectively manage a multigenerational workforce. Participants will explore the characteristics, values, communication styles and workplace expectations commonly associated with different generations, including Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. By the end of the workshop, participants will gain tools and strategies to create a more inclusive, productive, and cohesive workplace where employees of all generations can contribute and succeed.
