Women in Leadership – Moving From Conflict to Collaboration
About the Workshop
Conflict is an inevitable part of any relationship, whether personal or professional. However, conflict does not have to be disruptive or destructive. This year’s Women In Leadership workshop will focus on learning how to deal with the anxiety we feel when faced with conflict and confrontation, how personalities play a role in conflict and conflict resolution, how to deal with “difficult people,” and creating environments that are psychologically safe.
