Leadership Johnson County Announces New Board Members
The staff and current board members of Leadership Johnson County at Franklin College are pleased to welcome seven new board members to the outstanding group of community leaders who remain with us from the previous year. The LJC board is charged with setting the strategic goals of the organization and works with staff to promote community involvement and creative problem-solving among people in and around Johnson County.
“Our Leadership Johnson County Board of Trustees has a rich history of collaboration, stewardship, and innovation. We are excited to add the passion and expertise of each community leader who is joining our board,” said Tandy Shuck, Executive Director of Leadership Johnson County.
New board members include:
Danny Causey is the Director at Madison Street Salvage Franklin Heritage, Inc., in Franklin and graduated in the LJC Class of 2016. Danny will serve on the alumni relations committee.
Nichole Goddard is the Chief Operating Officer, South Region at Community Health Network in Indianapolis and graduated in the LJC Class of 2020. Nichole will serve on the development committee.
Kim Kovacs is the Human Resources Director at The Phoenix Group/Falcon Manufacturing in Greenwood and graduated from the LJC Class of 2020. Kim will serve on the development committee.
Tamara Moore is the Director of Performance Excellence at Johnson Memorial Health in Franklin. Tamara will serve on the programing task force.
Abby Robertson is the Human Resources Director at Discount Filters in Greenwood. Abby will serve on the nominations and selections committee.
Melody Schulz is a Registered Paralegal at Endress+Hauser USA in Greenwood and a graduate of the LJC Class of 2019. Melody will serve on the alumni relations committee.
John Venter is the Community Engagement/Technology Director at Clark-Pleasant Community School Corporation and a graduate of the LJC Class of 2019. John will serve on the development committee.
